Tap on any of the suras or ayzas to start reading the Quran instantly. By default, you'll see the traditional view in Arabic. But from the options menu, not only can you download the texts in practically any language you want, including English, Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese, but you can also download tons of different translations. In Arabic alone, for example, you'll find more than a dozen different translations.
In addition to reading the Quran comfortably on your Android device, you can also use Quran: Read & Listen Offline to listen to it. To do so, simply download the audio directly from the app, after which you can listen to the suras. From the options menu, you can manage all your audio downloads. You can also choose to stream them directly, if you prefer.
